Mud Run was a blast. It was good to see so many of us out there, including Crossfit Jenks and Next Generation Crossfit.
What a pain in the ass though trying to clean my toe nails afterwards.

Did today's workout, but subbed 1000 meter rows for the 800 meter runs. 20:28. All of the rows were under four minutes. The transition from row to the shoulder movements really slowed me down.
