1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Gayla came in this morning. She is turning out to be very dedicated to making herself a hottie at 40, which is going to be in just a couple of months for her. She rowed 800/21 shoulder press 800/21 push press 800/21 push jerk. She used 22# for her shoulder portion she finished just a couple of seconds under 19:00. Great job!!
I did the running version of that workout, and used the prescribed 65lbs for the shoulders. WOW!! I finished in 23:23. I know it is an embarrassingly slow time, but it was a brutal workout.

Went to AA and did my workout.
Back Squat 5X5
185/225/235/245/250
Front Squat 5X5
135/155/185/195*/175 *Did only 3 reps
Also did extra set of 135# 8 reps to finish.
Weighted Pull ups
3X5
25/35/45
Also did a set of 10 to warm up and finish.
PR on both the back squat and front squat. Also this is the first time with weighted pull ups looking forward to doing these again.
