What is an "OONER"!

Well, I took last week off to rest up. Little did I know that the day that I was going to start back was a workout from the lower depths of hell. I did most of the workout. My modifications were 20 pull ups each round, and a 55# thruster but I went ass to floor. Thankfully, Gail and her daughter were also going through the same hell with me. We all kind of had our own version of the workout and were waxed when we were finally done. My time was 26:45. Gail doesn't keep her time, so I don't know what their time was. Great effort by all, hope I don't see that one again.

I obviously need to get back in the "Zone" my workouts have sucked lately. I either feel like I am going to pass out or throw up while working out. This workout sucked, plus I psyched myself out after Will told me what the workout was last night.

I hated this workout so much I think it needs a name like,"Kicks your ass", "You will probably puke", or "You won't feel right for at least four hours."

Let's name the work out "Tanner's swollen VaJayJay" :)

I'll say t again, this class was huge, but we made it through without anyone getting hurt. Yep, that was a tough workout, no takers on the ghd.

as rx'd 32:15. Going from back extensions on the GHD to thrusters basically sucked!
