yep, six events, and no i did not pick them:
max push ups
max pull-ups- doesn't say i can't kip
max sit-ups
max time jump roping
max BW bench press, need to buy a bench :)
max bw leg press, need a leg press machine too :)
the events are spread out by two a week, so i get plenty of rest between each event, but according to sunday's wod I really only need two mins.
The events are free, got coupons though for a week free ( i can even bring in a friend), free fitness assessmnent, and 35 free web downloads. whoo hoo!
