"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
**I need everyone that is participating in the Tulsa Mud Run to fill out your registrations at the gym by Wed. at the latest. The cost per team is $125, so $25 per team member.

Gail, Hannah and myself did Tabada. My low scores added up to 32. New person came at 9 today. Her name is Gayla. She did Tabada and had good scores. She was going to Next Generation Crossfit, but the morning classes got canceled, so she found us :) She will be a great addition to our Crossfit!

Since I will not be able to make it to Crossfit on Mondays and Wednesdays I will do strength training at AA. Today I did deadlift which was a bad choice because my back was still a little stiff from Sunday's workout and my hands are still sore from the pull ups on Friday.

Last sets my hands gave out and I couldn't hold the bar.

I did not make it to the gym today so to punish myself I mowed my lawn, and then I mowed my neighbors lawn. There is a steep slope in my neighbors lawn so I mowed it one armed from the top of the hill alternating arms until I finished. It was a decent workout. Hopefully ill be in the gym tomorrow.
