This was easily the hardest work-out they have completed to date. These ladies are very hard workers and are developing resiliance that will pay big dividends in the future.
I completed a modified Nasty Girls
50 Squats
3x7 Pull-ups with Blue Band (BTC)
3x7 Bar Dips with Feet on Box
95# HPClean x 10
22:34 I only did 1x7 of Pull-ups and Dips on the 3rd round, because I was running out of time and had to get to work.

late morning did WOD. Gail did 50 squats, 20 pull-ups, 20 knees to elbows, 20 dips, and 10 hang power cleans for three rounds. She used bars for dips and 22# bar for hpc. We didn't time her, but she was an extra hard worker slipping in those 20 knees to elbows.
Gayla did the modified version of nasty girls as follows:
3 rounds:
50 squats
20 jumping pull-ups
20 bar dips
10 hpc at 22#
It took her 14:25
I did the following:
3 rounds:
50 squats
20 kipping pull-ups
20 bar dips
10 hpc at 65#
21:42.
Sean did as rx'd in 18:something.

Rest day for me but when at the gym it's hard not to do something.
I did the "Official" CFWU for 3 rounds. Plus I worked on HSPU/Ring Dips w/bands.
Ask a Trainer and we'll show you how to rig up the bands for HSPU/Rings Dips...it's better than HSPU on the box=glorified pushup. YMMV.

Props to Wyatt, his first time doing "Nasty Girls" and he did it as rx'd with the muscle-ups-21:44.
Also to Dr. Lance who wanted to beat his PR on "Fran". He almost quit in the middle of rd 2, but got up and finished in 10:00 flat. PR by 1:11--Great job Lance you didn't give up and set a PR.
