Earlier today, before seeing what the workout was, I thought it would be a good idea to do 100 reps of 135 pounds on the bench in as few sets as possible(STUPID!). Without using a full range of motion I did sets of 50/36/20 for a total of 106. Boys and girls always check the web site before going to a "globo" gym.
