Shane, are you dancing before your hellish workout?

Is Shane stretching his left wrist? I know you do a lot of paperwork, but a full body wrist stretch is not needed.

6 AM had the ususal 4
We started out trying the MedBall Clean Breakdown for a warm-up, and was only mildly successful. So we finally ended up doing
5 Rounds
5 Deadlift
5 Hang Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Press
Adam 7:16 25# DB
Emmett 5:59 15# DB Skipping Cleans
Candi 7:37 5# DB Skipping Cleans
Linda 8:11 8# DB Skipping Cleans
I had my new crew skip the cleans because they were already smoked from the MedBall Cleans.
I did
60 Pull-ups
60 Dips
16:03 (Pull-ups were with Blue Band and Bar to Chest) I broke it up into 4 Reps of each and did 15 Rounds, which made it much easier to get that high volume.

30 mu's for time!! You know what that means, Tanner and Kurt will have an old school battle (like breakdancing) on who gets the fastest time.

I think Shane is just showing off that the tabata workout was not that bad.
Posted by: sean | August 01, 2008 at 10:49 AM
OH YEEAAHH, 'MU Showdown I' Kurt V Tanner!!!
Posted by: Brandon | August 01, 2008 at 11:03 AM
That's one of the best pics I've seen in awhile! Everyone is contemplating where they are going to hurl without splashing anyone, and Shane is dancing in the background. Priceless!

I don't think he's dancing, it looks like he's aiming his puke.

Alright, laugh if you want, but if I would have had a large piece of card board you all would have been in awe of my dancing skills.
And Tanner, make fun of my paper pushing ways, but I can't stress to you enough the dangers of work place paper cuts.

Damn I wish we had some break dancers in the evening classes. Maybe "Peaches and Cream" could do a dance routine for us this evening. That would ROCK!!!!

Tanner Vs Kurt did not happen because for some reason I couldn't do a muscle up today, and Kurt wasn't present. I did do the pullup and dip workout, which was a good one. I think I am still a little weak for being sick earlier in the week. Also not working out as much in the past few weeks probably has something to do with the non muscle up. I am back in the gym and back in the zone, so I expect Kurt vs Tanner in the near future.
