6 AM had 2. I had some other first timers that decided not to start until Monday.

Karsten did Crossfit Total

Squat 185
Press 95
Deadlift 220

I think he said his bw is about 170 so not bad numbers for one month in.

David did

5 Rounds
Push Press x10
Box Jumps x15

He used 22# Bar and 16" Box 10:01

He did much better today managing his energy and said warm-up felt better.

are we going to be open on the 4th?

I will be there for the 6 am.

We went to AA since there were no evening classes and we did Tuesday's workout.

Jason SP 135/145/155*fail/150/155
PP 155/165/175/180*1rep/175*1 rep BW was at 172 today
PJ 135/145/135/135/155

Robin SP 45/50/50/55*fail/50
PP 50/50/55/55/60
PJ 45/50/55/55/60

We went easy on the PJ since we weren't quite sure if our form was correct. Next time we will be ready to put up the big #s though.

It was amazing how many people gave us strange looks behind our backs while we were warming up and working out.

ok first off, there will be no evening class on the 4th of july( not enough people).
but I'll be at crossfit from 11:30 until the last prson leaves, that's correct, until the last person leaves. if u plan on showing up times starting at 11:30, 12;30, 1;30, get the idea? great, i'm here to train no matter what.

great job robin and jason, we'll cover more on complex movements in our warm ups:)

ok here's toaday's wod performance:
5 rnds for time
15 deadlifts
12 hang power cleans
9 front squats
6 push jerks

all at 135 lbs

craig ; 24:36

bw at 130.2, 102% max effort lift

sean sked if I wanted to lower the weight, but only after I started, i finish always what I start, not an ego thing, just mental toughness.

I wouldn't have done so great if I didn't go head to head with Tulsa's finest (TPD)

thanks to every one at 11:30 :)
