6 am did WOD. Adam finished in 11:38 as rx'd, Christy finished in 15:16 using a 20# kb and black band pull ups. It was a nice humid morning to run. Great work by both!

HAhahhahHA!!!! Niiiiice! Actually, I'm glowing right now... beaming with joy ~ 'cause I feel the love! Yes... yes ~ I apologize, that is poor leadership on my part! I will make concerted effort to actually be a contributing member of the team... thanks for recognizing ~ respek ;-)

By the looks of that picture Pat became the construction Worker for the traveling Broadway Show of "Village People Re-united."
Brandon is trying to push the limit for the OSHA folks by standing on 2 different ladders.
And Billy, our Attorney, et al Esquire the 3rd, is merely watching the magic happen.
Back in a week when the Dr./my wrist tells me I can.
I have been working on the "CrossFAT" plan (Patent pending). Keeping up by watching everyone else's progress.

Helen 17:52 45#, Ring Pull-ups, knocked glasses off my face after 2nd round of Pull-ups. Last time was 14:42 with 16kg and band Pull-ups. Would have been close to the same time tonight if I had not had to spend the time looking for glasses in the dark. Overall happy with my performance. Wish I had more KB at home, but my weak point is still pull-ups. Running felt pretty good first 2 rounds, and third was unbroken but clearly hurting from the quickened pace of the first 2 rounds and doing it blind. All KB sets were unbroken, just have to get my pull-up numbers up.
