Morning class did Jackie. Christy finished in 1853 with the only modification being black band pull ups. Jerimiah finished in 1446 as rx'd. I did 30-20-10 of SDHP (65#) and thrusters (45#) in 1136. That's a great push/pull workout if you ever want one. Great work by all!

Yesterday Malcolm and I did our own workout since we are "stuck" all week at TPD Leadership Training.
The Workout:
15 Push-ups
15 Dips
10 Pull-ups
15 KB swings (35#)
20 squats
20 minutes
Shane 4.5 rounds
Malcolm 4.5 rounds
Any input on a workout for today??? If you give the workout name, I'll still need the details of it...Thanks.

Jackie is a pretty good one. It is 1000m row, 50 thrusters at 45#, and 30 pull-ups. You only go through it once for time.

OK OK, I know I suck, but I have NOT been able to get away from work the past week and a half because I am on the pager and it just can't happen some times. SO, I will be back on Thursday to step it up. Bring your screaming voices, because I will need to be yelled at!

Kurt and I also did about 5 muscle ups after the workout in an attempt to do two in a row. We both failed in our attempt to perform this task. Although I believe both of us are making great strides in the right direction. Also Danny is close and should be able to complete the muscle up very soon.
