not only are both of my kids in the picture, but my car as well. Dont make fun of the ol'Honda. It has just under 200,000 miles and is still going strong.
By the way, this picture is of Alyssa working on getting herself a scholarship to TU for rowing. Odds gotta be fairly good around here.

6 am class did yesterday's 10 rounds 10/10/20 workout. Adam used 95 for his squats and used kb on his push ups. He finished in 22:52. Christy used 22 for her squats and modified push ups. She finished in 24:55. Both agreed that the squat to the floor was a lot harder than squatting to the ball. They thought it was a good workout though, and gave it all they had.
I did 5 rounds of 7 pull ups, 7 thrusters, and 7 burpees. I finished in 9:55. About half way through I thought, "Hmm I forgot to eat breakfast this morining", so it was a tough one for me.

I take my last round of antibiotics today for this lovely staph infection. It has already dried up, but I wanted to stay out of the gym until I finished the cycle. I'll be back tomorrow (Friday).

"Staph" and "Cycle" we all know what that means Will. This is a natural gym, no need for you to taint our hard work with synthetic drugs.
In other news, after today's workout I made it out to my vehicle and proceeded to drive home. Around 5600 S. 129 EA I began to get real dizzy, and thought I was going to pass out. So I pulled over around 5300 S. 129 EA in a large parking lot of a business. I exited my vehicle and emptied the contents of my stomach in the grass as people drove by on 129EA. I heard at least one car honk and laugh at me.
Once I had finished puking from the devil workout (Thank you Brandon & Craig) I got back in my car and I actually felt better. Then it dawned on me. The person who had honked and laughed has probably never done the workout I just finished. Furthermore I also realized I have done more before 1230 in the afternoon than that guy will do all day.
In conclusion I will keep coming back to Crossfit so I can feel the exact same way I did today when I got back in my vehicle, better than the honking guy, and better when I look myself in the mirror.

Let me just say.....
When you show up at 12:30 to work out and as soon as you walk in the door you're met with Bo lying on the ground, sweating, and trying to breath only to have him briefly look up and say, "Leave!".....not good.
This was no rest day!
