I sucked today at Fran. Just felt really drained. Don't know if it because I've been cheating on my Zone or what but I really wanted to beat my old time of 4:18. But I will be ready for next time.

Well guys, I have just been diagnosed with Staph. I picked up at a close combat training course I attended Tuesday.
I'll be back when it's cleared up and no long contagious.

I found this workout on the CrossFit East site. It is one my infected ass could do by itself.
20 Pullups
20 pushups
20 squats
20 back extensions

Christy and I actually did Fran on 072808 because we couldn't make it in last week.
Christy moved up to the Rx'd weight of 65#!!! If you can't tell I'm proud of her!
13:03 with blue band pullups.
Kurt: As Rx'd 9:11
The last time I did it, I did it for the first time as Rx'd about two months ago in apprx 12:30. So, I dropped almost 3:30 minutes off of my time.
