Morning class did WOD. Jerimiah did 3 rounds plus 15 pushups and Christy did 4 rounds plus 15 pushups. Jerimiah used 95 for his push press and Christy used 55. I did a different workout because of a aggravated muscle in my back. I did 15 dips and 10 hang squat cleans. I did 8 rounds in 20 minutes, and thought I was going to puke! Great work by all!!

This was an incredibly horrible workout. The order of the exercises, number of reps and weight on the bar make this absolutely brutal. This is exactly what I don't want coming out of the hopper. I should have dropped it down to 65#.

If you haven't seen this from the Crossfit affiliate page you need to watch it. It could be a great way to introduce your skeptical friends about Crossfit. If anybody was interested we could set up a Satuday afternoon or something like that.

Afternoon crew did the rx'd WOD, it was a shoulder/tri killer. Everyone got 4-7 rounds, except Craig of course and he got 8+some. I only got 5 + 15 pushups, the ring dips seemed to be the most taxing for everyone.
