**Friday July 4th there are no early morning or evening classes, but the gym will be open for the 11:30am and 12:30pm class.**
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.

I was planning on having my 6 AM and if Susan won't be there I could run 7AM, Unless there is a reason you don't want the gym open then.

Morning class did the WOD. Christy made it through 10 minutes, and Jerimiah made through 8. They continued to do as many pull-ups as possible per minute until the 15 minute mark. Christy had 86 total using the black band. Jerimiah had 60 total doing unassisted and at the end blue band pullups. I did 85 pull-ups yesterday along with 150 situps and 150 squats. So, instead of the pull-ups today, I ran. I hate to run, but I did it anyway because I suck at it. I ran 2 800m and 4 400 m runs.
Allergies have been especially bad this week. If you have been feeling really sluggish this week, it could be due to allergies. Take a non-drowsy allergy medication before you workout and it should help if you are having these issues.
