Hey everyone! I know this is a little late - but I had to post an interesting thing that happened to me this week. I've been in MA visiting my family and wanted to work out, so I went to the gym with my brother. When I checked the website the WOD was "Fran" - so, I sucked it up and decided to do it! Needless to say, this gym was full of meat heads who were wearing the tightest shirts I have ever seen! All of them were grunting and staring at their muscles in the wall full of mirrors. I got the strangest looks going from doing thrusters to the pull-up machine that counters your weight. I was done in roughly 15 minutes or so and the $15 dollars that I had spent to work out for that day was totally out the window!! Needless to say, I can't wait to get back to CrossFit! I miss you guys! Hope you all had a great weekend! See you soon!

great work by the sunday crew.
trainer craig has a 36 day rotation of adding some strength work into the weekly schedule. the schedule will be posted on the white board for everyone to follow. I recomend that those who want to participate buy a notebook to record and track weights. We'll start the first rotation with deadlifts, front squats, and shoulder presses. each rotation builds on the next don't miss out:)
