lance 8 reps every minute on the min for 5 mins (40 reps total)
rachel eddie and karen:
did 4 reps on the min for 10 mins

I also did yesterday's WOD as rx'd, 6 rounds plus 7 ring dips. I then waited about 20 minutes and did today's WOD as rx'd using the kettle bells:
