"Fight Gone Bad!"
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

The afternoon crew did FGB. However,I'm blaming Dave and Craig for everyone using 65# instead of the rx'd 75#.

look i was trying to hand a silver platter on trying to beat me, by reducing the weight. But nooooo, i still took the #1 spot once again. I even did a make up wod.

rachel either tapped out half way in round 2, or knocked out/submitted her opponent.
Cross fit is a lot different than what she normally does at her gym, but she saw how hard the others were going and I think she will be a repeat athlete.
congrats and kudos to everyone that completed "FGB" today. It makes a huge, huge difference in having a cheering squad with you. well, at least for me, thanks dave for going head to head and to josh for maintaining the standards for me.
