Adam has about the most perfect form I have seen on these exercises. He did great, and he was very sore from the previous day's workout! Robin and Christy weren't real comfortable with the movement of the push jerk, so they concentrated more on form and did a good job. Jerimiah and myself did less than we have in the past on the shoulder press. It's just not my exercise!! It was a great effort by all.
