had do to this real early 5;30 am
45 double unders
45 135# squat cleans
45 ring dips
45 double unders
time: 16:03
not my best performance, got hanged up on the squat cleans, started catching in the power position for the first 15, then switched to catching in a full squat.
Park training had a great turn out
'dyer"
10 reps of star jumper, run 50 ft uphill, 10 push ups, run downhill, 9 star jumpers, etc to 1 rep
everyone was under the 13:00 min mark

hey, no problem. we do what we can. we know you are always trying to be the top finisher in all areas at crossfit. since Brandon had to babysit on Tuesday, we figured we would give you one more area
to compete in. seriously though, thanks.
