Yes! 5K! Right up my alley. Plus my shoulder still hurts from last week's shoulder workouts.

I'm still a turtle... that's why I didn't do 5K... Jerimiah wanted to be at work on time... ;)
I'll wait until my shoes don't feel like lead bricks.

Beth and I are going to wait till the evening, it is a little steamy out right now.

I tipped the scales at 210 lbs. this morning. Ran 5k in 32:15 throughout my local neighborhoods in the steam. I'll gladly take that time.

2 mins longer than in march, but my run was 2 mins shorter last year, go figure.
and don't follow me on 2 a days, i've been doing this for about 3 yrs, so Iknow how my body does on certain wod's. you can really overtrain and do more harm than good if you are not careful.

It was a nice day so I I wiped the dust off my Triathlon bike and went for a ride for the first time since I started Crossfitting. Legs felt good, but I didn't last long cause me crotch went numb rather quickly. I forgot that you also have to build up a tolerance for the discomfort(pain in the uh, family jewels so to speak) of the bike seat.

Beth and I ran one of my old loops that I used to run when I was training for the OKC half marathon this past spring. I forgot that it was extremely hilly (Beth is mad at me), and I was also training when it wasn't so hot. We also did yard work for 5 hours in the sun today. Tanner-27:13, Beth-38:32.

I was happy for my time. I took 1.5 weeks off of Crossfit. I decided last week to take off house work, working out, and anything else I didn't want to do for a while. Though, right before Lance and I started to run the 800 meters today, he said he would like to do the workout, "Tanner". He said it was 5 rounds of 5 jumping jacks or "Super Tanner" doing all without stopping. That was tempting. Good to be back to see my friends!

Tonight was not a good night. Nothing felt right by the time I got around to running. I ended up only doing 2.5k in 17:42.
