He has completed the initial instructional phase, and next week we will start getting some Benchmarks on him.
I then did the WOD with the following modifications.
3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
1 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
65 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups (Green Band on 2nd and 3rd Rds)
Post time 40:19 My thrusters are horrible, my grip is weak and I have a hard time staying on the bar, and I hate working out in the morning.

Craig said the afternoon class looked like "club Med with a bunch of old men standing around talking with their shirts off." It was humorous and motivating at the same time. Thanks for the extra push. That was one hell of a workout!

We all know what its like to hit the wall, and it happened to me today. At the conclusion of round 2 I started to feel it and during the run for round three I became real light headed. Next thing I knew vision was blurry and even my hearing was odd. I called it quits after walking in the last run.
Kudos to all of you that pushed yourself through this one. It was alot harder that I thought it would be.

Well, Sean, it is only 120 degrees outside... I think anyone is great to even come and run outside. That is just me, though.
