Tim W. came in at 715 and did yesterday's workout. He did band pull-ups and bar dips. He completed 4 rounds in 1115. Tim did four deadhang pull-ups throughout the course of the workout which was a huge progression for him.

Gail came in this morning and did her first tabada. The exercises were row, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. She did very well, and found that the workout was pretty tough.

Jason H. did Sunday's OHS workout 3 reps for 7 sets. His heaviest was 115 lbs. He said that he could have gone heavier, but his form would have suffered and he wouldn't have been able to squat all the way down. He made the right decision to stick with good form.

Sean knocked out "Mary" AMRAP in 20 mins:
5 handstand push ups
10 one legged squats
15 pull ups
8 rounds + 10 pistols +12 pull ups

Great afternoon crowd, I really enjoyed coaching those on the deadlifts, great form and technique from everyone.

The last time that I did Mary was in January. At that time I did 7 full rounds plus 5 HSPU and 6 pistols.

This time I was 3 pullups short of 9 full rounds. I attribute the increase to the zone diet. I started it mid February and it has helped my workouts tremedously.

Craig commented yesterday about people doing the zone. I have no doubt that your own hardwork will get you to a certain point. Adding the zone to the mix will help push you over that plateau and you will have better workouts and a easier recovery following a workout.
