Morning class did yesterday's workout. Everybody had modifications, but completed the workout at the toughest possible level for them. Christy finished in 25:23, Laurie finished in 23:02, and Jeremiah finished in 30:32.
I did the workout with Tim W. Tim had an abbreviated version of the workout and finished in 20:22. I did the whole workout with modifications on the ring dips and finished in 21:15.
Everybody agreed it was quite the ass-kicker of a workout, but finished with little to no grumbling. Great job everyone!

Oh my gosh, my shoulders are getting more sore by the hour. At this rate I may still be sore for the certification.

The afternoon class did this Wod in groups of 3. It was a little tricky cause we have only 3 rowers so some started with the 75 Burpees and went backwards.
Ronnie-34:58
Ryan-35:02
Eric-46:15
Brian-25:30 + or minus a few cause of stopwatch problems.
Will-44:56
Tanner-39:42
Bo-40:35
Christy-44:44
Sean-31:36
Randy-34:52
Kurt-38:59
Danny-31:13
Mark-39:05
Scott-40:12
Wes-37:58
Brandon-29:07
Jason-forgot to start the stopwatch but he was moving at a good pace and probably sub 30 minutes.
Due to the nature of the exercises...no one really cares for Burpees...and yesterdays workout that really taxed the chest/tri's and shoulders, today's WOD was definately a mental battle...one that tested mental toughness just as much as fitness. Several people had thoughts that they were not gonna be able to finish...but EVERYONE kept fighting and finished as rx'd. Great effort by all.

Wow, what a way to start your morning. Susan, I'll keep trying to do pull-ups without the band.

I agree with Brandon about todays workout. It was phycially taxing, but the mental part was the worst.
After rowing that first 1000m and then doing the 25 burpees, I was thinking how misrable the last 75 burpees were going to be.

So this workout was so terrible that I felt the need to actually post about it. I did the workout in order so I had to complete the 75 burpees last. When I started them I honestly thought there was no way I could finish. However, after I experienced a mild heart attack, several waves of nausea, and the overwhelming urge to curl myself into the fetal postition and cry, I finished. Thanks for the challenge!

Sorry about the double post. I didn't think it took the first time and I can't figure out how to delete the duplicate.

everyone raise your arms high because everyone worked realy hard. burpees are no joke. i notice a lot of people stay in the different positions way too long. since everyone knows the movement, kick those legs out, drive up fast out of the push-up and kick those legs back in. Too much time and energy is wasted in the staic hold positions.
And the mother of all advice is to "Zone it!" roger, out.
