6 am class did the following:
5 rounds of
7pull-ups
7thrusters 95/65
7dips
7burpees.
Laurie finished in 1850. She used 65lb for her thruster for the entire workout. This is a first for her and she did it with no problem. She did green band pullups and used the white bars with elevated feet for her dips. It pushed her to her limits, and she finished strong.
Christy finished in 2106. Christy used the black band for all of her pullups. This is a first for her, and I was proud of her for pushing herself. She used 38lb for her thruster and the white bars for her dips.

This was a challenging workout to begin with, and these ladies pushed themselves and completed it using the hardest possible level they could acheive. That is what Crossfit is about!!

I did the workout after the class with Jason H. I finished in 1245 with unassisted pullups, 65lb thruster, and white bar dips with elevated feet. Jason finished in 1150 with a 45lb thruster, green band pull ups and white bar dips.

1230 class did the same workout. There was some groaning about the workout, but everyone finished strong in the end.

There were some good pull-ups that I saw from Tanner, Beth, Gina, Kurt, and Jason. Everyone was tired in the end, but stuck around to cheer on the people that were still finishing the workout. Great class everybody!!

i have a lot of concern about weight loss today. Check out the Zone diet. remember it is the quantiy and the increased insulin levels that determine weight gain. please ask us more and take baby steps. Just like the workouts, who can go as rx'd on the first day?
