50 thrusters (45lb)
30 pull ups
Chris completed it as rxd in 1150
Laurie finished in 1400. Her only modification was band pull ups
Christy finished in 1604. She did a 38lb thruster and band pull ups. Christy's band pull-ups are starting to look almost easy!!

Craig did shoulder press 5 x 3 and 10-20-30-40-50 reps of one legged squats between each set
95/105/115/125/130 failed the last rep Craig's body weight as of last night was 131.4 lbs. Don't skip the lifting days, 'cause maybe someday you will be able to press your own weight in iron and rubber!
