15 Pull-ups
Post your choice of girls and rounds completed to comments.

morning class did a rather difficult version of Cindy. Due to me, we did 5 push up and 10 pull up plus the 15 squats. That partially explains why it was kicking my ass.
Laurie completed 10 rounds plus 5 pushups and 10 pullups. She did band pullups.
Christy completed 7 rounds plus 5 pushups and 3 pull ups. Chirsty is totally off of jumping pullups and on the band! She endured and did more pullups than she probably ever thought she could do.
I did 9 rounds plus 5 pushups. I did unassisted pullups and used a 20lb bar for my squats.
It was a tough workout and we were all whipped by the end of it! Great job though ladies. I guess you should start double checking what I throw up on the board!!

Yes, thanks Susan for the doozie of a workout!! As I recall, about half way through I asked why in the heck we would be doing only 5 push ups and 10 pull ups...hmm...I will keep my eye on you.
But really, it was a great workout, thanks!! (Course tomorrow when I can't lift my arms I might not think so.)

Cindy
7 Rounds
Not too bad for my first time with unassisted pull-ups, but probably would have done at least 8 or nine in gym as my pull-up bar was an over-sized and uneven tree branch. While more difficult, obiously more functional so I am satisfied.

Sorry about not posting the noon groups times yet. I wrote the numbers down and left them at the office. I will get them up when I get back to work on Monday. Sorry.
Come out to Mayfest and say hi, I will be there all weekend. Reward yourself with a beer.

Wel there was a theme for thursday: Record Breaking!
4 pm class did "Cindy"
Jennifer 12 rnds - used black band, and modified push ups. good job!
Andrea ( Craig's protege from TU) 16 rnds + 5 pull-ups she used the green band and did regular push-ups! With that total she bumped the morning 1st placer.
CrossFit kids did
2 rounds:
10 long jumps
50 meters walking lunges
21 kb swings
21 pull ups
21 burpees
21 slam balls
Brendon 16:33 4kg/12# ball
Coreon 17:52 25#, 16 # ball
way to hang in there on that tough WOD guys!
Then the 7 pm crew came in and did "Cindy"
Garry 10 + 5 pull-ups + 7 push-ups. first time Garry broke 10 rnds- way to push yourself!
I told susan about Andrea's performance, i think i motivated her too much
20 rnds + 3 pull-ups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So Susan is champ again for a another bench mark workout. That bumps Andrea to #2 again- "Cindy and Karen"
I think we should have our own in house Crossfit games?
