6:00 class made up yesterday's thruster/pull-up workout.

Laurie completed 11 rounds using the 45 lb bar for her thrusters. She did band assisted pull-ups. Great job!!

Mike completed 10 rounds plus 10 thrusters as rx'd. Tim completed 7 rounds plus 4 thrusters. Tim used a 45 lb bar and band assisted pull-ups.

Did a make-up of yesterday's WOD. I know I have been AWOL for a little over a week, but I should be able to get back on Mon or Tues and really hit it this last couple weeks before my cert.

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
65 Pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups (Jumping Ring Pull-ups)
