keep in mind that my bodyweight is at an all time high of 131.2 lbs. so i had to lift more than my body weight overhead. so if there is anybody that scored lower than me i say try it at their bodyweight, then we'll talk. Expect Brandon because i love working for him!( and Stephanie!)

Craig, although I haven't done the workout yet..and although my time OF COURSE wouldn't be faster than yours..and I won't be using 135 for my thrusters..I say this with all due respect--up yours. :)

Craig enough with the excuses...cant you just let me enjoy my victory. So I'm 65#'s heavier...thats 65#'s more that I have to get off the ground for the doubleunders!

I don't care that you were using more then your bodyweight for the thrusters(although that is very impressive)I finally defeated you and I'm gonna enjoy that for now cause I know my losing streak will begin again the next time we work out.

hey, what about a in house head to head crossfit Tulsa games challenge? Put some of those WOD's in a hopper a let faith deciede the beat down!
