It was a fun day everybody helped push each other. Kurt and Jerimiah great job on your first time doing Fran as rx'd...Kurt I know you wanted to lighten the weight but you kept pushing hard. All the gals used the medium weight band for pull-ups...and Tammy ran a 10k this morning and still finished in only 9 minutes.

First time doing this WOD as Rx'd. Surprised myself, I didn't think I would be able to complete 45 Pull-ups, but 1-2 at a time I did it. I am already getting sore.
