I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that showed up. That includes those that participated, those that counted the reps, and the families that were there for support.

This is for such a good cause and it will make a difference to some of those young guys over in the desert.

Put ice on those legs cause we will not be giving any slack tomorrow when we are back to the regular WOD.

Team Trey: the officially unofficial "Team Trey" consisting of the three-person-team of Jimmy Ellis, Jade Wiland, and Billy Wiland (which happens to be on Jade's "trey-decade" birthday today (Happy 30th, Jade!) ~ Trevor Win'E Challenge, as prescribed (but with three in stead of four).

Thanks to everyone who came out today!! Special thanks to Scott Garrison for filling in at the very possible last second. He did awesome, especially for a first time Crossfitter! As always, great job Laurie and Susan M. You ladies rock!! You are a great example of the Crossfit attitude and ability to push yourselves through the toughest workouts. Have a good.. and restful evening!

We had a great showing today for the Trevor Win'E Memorial Day Challenge. Thanks to everyone...it was for a great cause, and a way that Crossfitters show their support for the military.

Like I said, we had a great showing(with several 1st time CrossFitters) and it was a fun day watching everyone push through the WOD then support the others still working.

With the 9 teams and additional donations, we raised enough money to purchase 10 cooling vests. Great Job everyone.
