30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

I think that it is a PR for me. I know that today was the first time that I have ever done multiple muscle ups in a row. I was able to get my first 4 without coming off of the rings.

Had 12 people for the 12:30 class and 4 for the 1:30 class. Had them do a group workout.

As a two man team, they did 3 rounds of

40 overhead squats
50 pullups
60 box jumps
70 double unders of 210 singles
400m run

Rules were that only one teammate could be exercising at a time. The number of reps for each exercise is to be completed as a total of the two team members. (example: one does 30 ohs then the other only has to do 10 ohs) The 400m run has to be done by both teammates and they can not start the next round until both are back in the gym from the run.

Also did 30 Muscle ups for time after class:
time 3:41, 2 mins faster than 1/3/08

3:41!! Incredible Craig.
