Largest class yet for CrossFit Tulsa today at 1230. We had a total of 16 people work out!!

In celebration of Cinco De Mayo, we did a workout that increased by 5 each set.

Three rounds of:
400m run
10 reps
200m run
15 reps
100 run
20 reps
50m run
25 reps

First round through were kb swings (35lb)
Second round was medicine ball squat cleans
Third round was overhead squats (45lb)

Looking at the workout I thought that it would be a cardio burner, but it was the ol'legs that get really tired.
