REMINDER
The Team Trevor Win'E Challenge is Memorial Day, TOMORROW, May 26th. We are starting registration at the gym at 10:00am. All team members must register and it is $200/per team. 100% of the money raised goes to buying 'cooling vests' for military troops overseas. We will also have donation and sponsorship forms if people are not able to participate, but want to donate or sponsor a team. We could also use some volunteers to help count reps for the teams.

Here is the description of the work out for this Fundraiser.
Teams of four work to complete:
300 Pull ups
400 Push ups
500 Sit ups
600 Squats
**Remember to watch Sean and Craig on the Channel 8 morning show, 'Good Day Tulsa' between 9-10am this morning**
Five rounds for time of:
2 pood Kettlebell swings, 25 reps
25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions
25 Knees to Elbows
