Jason did Michael this morning. It was a perfect day for running! He did the workout in 24:39. He ran outside, did GHD extensions, and regular sit ups. Great job Jason!

Once again a superb performance from morning to night.
i asked Christy on how she got in the "Zone" for her diet plan. she stated that being prepared has helped her a lot. That helped avoid a quick run to the fast food places. Great advice christy.

32:55 Compared to 35:30 According to Google Maps the route I run is actually about 440 meters so I end up running about 240 meters extra at home, so that puts me right around 30:00 if I am actually running 800's.
