For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

morning classes did tabada. they were all first timers!! Mike, Tim and Jason were the 7:15 class. Mike's low scores totaled 37. Tim's low scores totaled 17. Jason's low scores totaled 35. Great job!!
I also did the tabada. My low scores totaled 33.
The exercises were rowing, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats.
