Craig had Alee and I do the following today:
Tabata 20 secs on 10 secs rest for a total of 8 minutes each exercise set. One minute rest between sets.
sit ups + planks
pushup + squats
box jumps + box dips

made up @ TU 4 rnds of 800 meter run
3:04/2:58/2:58/3:00 rest 3 mins between each
Paced myself on the 1st run.
For every second over my best run I did a burpee at the end: 8 total
