6:00 class did Conner
Laurie did 65lb for her deadlift and 38 lbs for the rest of the workout elements. She completed 8 rounds.
Christy used 38lb for her deadlift and 18lbs for the rest of the workout elements. She completed 9 rounds.
Great job ladies!!
Mike G. and Tim W. came in at 7:15 and did Jackie which is 1000m row;50 thrusters;30 pull ups.
Mike and Tim both used 38lb for their thrusters. Tim had band assisted pull ups.
Mike's time was 11:55
Tim's was 16:35

I did a Tabata Row (7 calories avg) Then situps, back extensions on the GHD, then I practiced DBL Unders 3x25 reps.
I then did the 5-5-5-5-5 Back Squat WOD.
