12:30 class opted to do a Navy Seals workout named Conner.
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 deadlifts
5 Hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 push press
5 back squat
all of the above using a 65 lb bar. Ideally, once you pick up the bar, you don't set it down until you've completed a round.

Charlie 10 rounds
Kurt 6 rounds+ 5 front squats
Randy 10 rounds
Christie 8 rounds plus 5 deadlifts. (38lb bar)
Jason 12 rounds
Tolliver 8 rounds
Brice 11 rounds
Susan Ha 12 rounds (48lb bar)
Gina 11 rounds (22lb bar)

Mark Hodges did Diane in 6:46 using a 95lb deadlift and modified HSPU.
