5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

M/44/197 lbs.

I was wanting to complete 18 rounds in route to getting 20 but fell short. Just wasn't in me today.

16 rounds + 5 pullups + 7 pushups

7pm Crew also did a modified "Cindy".

5 Pullups with bands or jumping
10 Pushups (Regular or knees)
15 squats

Susan M. - 17 rounds+5 pullups+10 pushups
Robin - 12 rounds
Josh - 8 rounds
Christy - 8 rounds
Alee - rowed 5000 meters

Finished with some Kipping pullup techniques so that when everyone feels it they will be able to give it a go. Good job by all tonite.
