I woke up and ran with my lovely wife Paula and her friend Virginia. We ran 4 miles (39:52 minutes) and discussed CrossFit. I am trying to get them to try it. No pressure.
Im stuck in a hotel here in OKC and the "fitness room" is far from decent. I warmed up doing dumbell snatches, db single overhead squats, and the db clean and jerks.
For time did 3 rounds of 21, 15, 9 of
HSPU and 35lb dumbell(2) full squat cleans.
I know the people on the treadmill thought I was nuts doing the HSPU right in front of them but it was kind of funny
Hope you guys have the new place set up before I get back so I dont have to do anything.
