"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Our newest trainer, Craig was certified this past weekend.  He is kneeling down in the middle just behind and to the right of Mallee.

Hell ys, I'm back and sore as hell.
I learned more in thoe two grueling days as a trainer than ever did in the past two years, nice wake up call.
i have lots of new goals for everyone at Tulsa, so get your mind set.

Craig is gay.

I did a version of a WOD from the Navy Seals Website. Wanted to do "Barbara" but I tore a huge callous on my hand.

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Dips on parallettes
15 Pushups
20 KB Swings (50lbs)
5 rounds

I too tore my callus open. Happened during my fourth round of pullups so I wussed out and did not do the 5th round.
