Made up the Hand Squat Cleans from Saturday.
7 sets of 3 reps
95/115/115/131/131/155/155

Then I was talked into doing another WOD Brandon made up.
50 tire swings (10lb sledge)
40 Wall Ball (20lb ball)
30 KB Swings (36lb)
20 Box Jumps (20")
10 Burpees (Yeah Burpees!!!)
500m row then back up through again.
Time 17:47

I drank the Kool-Aid; then almost threw it up. I went home to recover.

Me, Brandon and Wes did the hand squat cleans (7X3) from the other day.

Wes: 95/115/115/115/115/115/115 (worked on form)
Brandon: 95/115/135/155/155/155/155
Me: 115/135/155/185/185/205/205

Then me and Brandon did the ladder he made up.

Brandon: 20:26
Me: 19:58

Mark and Scott did the ladder also cutting the reps in half on the way back up.

Mark: 27:18
Scott: 31:55

Good job guys.

Susan M. came to the 7pm workout and did "Brandon's Evil Ladder".

Great time Susan. I know the sledge hammer weighed almost a ton but you were a trooper.
