I did a WOD from the Navy Seal CrossFit Site.

50-35-20 reps rounds of:
Deadlift 135lbs
KB Swings 36lbs
Knees to Elbows
Box Jumps
Finish with a 400m run.
Time:39:51 Whew!!!
