Horrible time: 18:35

I woke up early and ran with my lovely wife Paula, 4 miles in approx. 40 minutes. I then did the WOD Brice had folks do yesterday during the 12:30 class.

30-20-10 reps of:
Row (calories)
Burpees (Yeah Burpees!!!)
Ab-Mat Situps
Box Jumps (20" box)

Time: 17:00
I missed catching Brice by 6 seconds. Dammit.

The 7pm Crew was small but worked hard. I had them do Brice's WOD from yesterday.
