Dave Brice made-up a great ladder for everyone to climb on this "rest day" today!

40 Box-jumps

I seriously went for something less foreboding with the Navy SEALS "300" workout ~ a bit under 20-minutes.

Stole a workout from CF Santa Cruz. I gave everyone the option of just going down the ladder, or climbing down and climbing back up.

WOW! Jade and Susan are my new heros! Down and back up with those times is incredible!

As for myself I enjoyed the rest day after FGB and staying up all night with baby :)
