Brutal workout today!!!
Dave Brice made-up a great ladder for everyone to climb on this "rest day" today!
For Time:
Run 400m
50 Sit-ups
40 Box-jumps
30 Knees-to-Elbows
20 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Kettlebell Swings
20 Burpees
30 Knees-to-Elbows
40 Box-jumps
50 Sit-ups
Run 400m

I seriously went for something less foreboding with the Navy SEALS "300" workout ~ a bit under 20-minutes.

Stole a workout from CF Santa Cruz. I gave everyone the option of just going down the ladder, or climbing down and climbing back up.
