Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

did Helen yesterday as rx'd 9:02
FGB today as rx'd 285 total.
Need to work on more strength: sdlhp and pp scores were really low.
Sat. crew did a great job on FGB and some make-up Barbara's.

I felt good the 1st round with a 125 total...went downhill fast after that-

First time with FGB. Modified for lighter medicine ball for wall ball, 22 lb bar for SDHP and Push Press, and step ups for box jumps. Total 200.

I'd like to be able to guess lotto numbers if I keep up the ability to guess the workouts. How about, it will be something hard and painfull.

Alee and I both did the FGB workout as Rx'd. I had done this workout before but was Alee's first time. Good fun!
