The Pull-Up Station arrived.  It was a beast to unload and carry inside but well worth it.  A big thanks goes to Eric Rawding of the Tulsa Fire Dept. for building and delivering it, it is rock solid and will get well used.

I stole a workout from Crossfit Santa Cruz today. Did Fight Gone Bad, but for reps instead of 1 minute on each exercise.

First round 30 reps then a 2 min rest
Second Round 20 reps then a 1 min rest
Third Round 10 reps

A total of 300 reps

Time 19:34

first wokout w/ sean. Very tough. No rest in between rounds.

Did the snatches yesterday.

95/115/135/155/175/185(F)/185

Finally landed 185 on the fourth attempt. Not as rx'd set wise, but I wanted to get 185. Kept jumping back on my landing.

Billy looks a little gay in the wife beater.
