Thanks to Craig and Paddy I got 5 solid kipping pull-ups to come, and many more in the future.
I too set a record on my fran tonight at 9:45 with 75# and band pull-ups.

Great job Jeremiah on getting the first of what will become many kipping pullups.
Sean great time. Fran under 5 minutes is super impressive.
Craig great time on Fran as well. We pushed Craig real hard.
Josh & Alee great job on Fran and thanks for bringing Jason along to experience the pain.

65# Thrusters
21 legit pull ups
then 15 & 9 with green band
Time 8:32
-Note- Been doing Crossfit for seven weeks. My first week, we did fran. 60# thrusters and all black band pull ups in 15:30.
In seven weeks, I dropped 7 min and was able to do the first 21 pullups legit. Quite the progress.
