I did the Snatch WOD from a saturday, 7x1. I decided to work on my form with the training plates.
Still working on my Olympic lifts to get more comfortable with them. Form first, then I'll add more weight.

I forgot that Scott Murphy called in an order for his WOD.
His homework assignment was a "Tabata workout" of squats, pushups & situps.
